Marci Lima Appointed Women's Volleyball Head Coach

On June 16^th 2025, Marci Lima was officially appointed the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Bristol Community College. Director of Athletics and Recreation, Brian Fernandes stated "We are excited to have Coach Lima join our athletics department. Her dedication to the sport has been evident and we're confident she can further develop our volleyball program."

 

Coach Lima joins Bristol with coaching experience from Bishop Stang High School and for the travel club team, Coastal Volleyball. She played at Franklin Pierce University and Umass Dartmouth as a setter and outside hitter. 

 

Coach Lima prides herself on fundamentals and technical discipline. Her coaching style centers around core mechanics of the game and skill development. She believes team cohesion is the foundation of a strong culture and off the court activities equally fuels on court success.

 

Coach Lima was born and raised in Dartmouth MA. She is a Senior Support Analyst at Acadia Healthcare. Coach is a Mom of two and now resides in New Bedford MA.
