Bayhawks Men's Basketball loss their home opener to Division 2 CCRI, 80-73. The Bayhawks looked completely different from Tuesday night not being able to control the backboards and were unable to execute on both sides of the ball.

Both teams were tied at 34 at the halftime when CCRI came out aggressive on the boards and out rebounding the Bayhawks in the second half.  Several costly mistakes prevented Bristol from taking control of the game and eventually finding themselves on the losing end of 80-73 ball game .

Sophomore Ryan Carter had a solid offensive game with 17 points off the bench and Sophomore Jerell Gomes added 17 points as well.   The Bayhawks travel to Mass Bay Community College on Tuesday for their second league game.
