Bayhawks Men's Basketball will take on #1 Bunker Hill Community for the Region XXI Championship Game in a battle of the top two seeds on Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm. The Bayhawks had to go through a tough Northern Essex team on Saturday afternoon in order to make it to Sunday's game.
A tremendous shooting and rebounding performance by the Knight of Northern Essex kept them in the game, but with a steady performance throughout the game for the Bayhawks and a strong performance off the bench by Sophomore, Jason Bing, the Bayhawks were able to hang on and open their lead and eventually win, 78-62.
