Bayhawks Season Ends with a 97-78 Loss to Bunker Hill In the Region XXI Final

The men's basketball season comes to an end after a 97-78 loss to Bunker Hill Community College in the Region XXI Championship Game.

The Bulldogs of Bunker Hill came out with high intensity on both ends of the court and established a lead that the Bayhawks were never able to catch, even though Bristol outsocred Bunker Hill in the second half of the game.

Jason Bing and Joshua Nelson both had stellar performances in the final game and over the course of the tournament.  Their efforts were recognized as they were named to the All-Tournament Team following Sunday's game.

The Bayhawks finished the season 18-8 and finished runner-up in both the Massachusetts Community College Athletic Conference Tournament and the Region XXI Tournament.

Bunker Hill Community College will represent Region XXI at the NJCAA National Tournament at Sullivan County Community College on March 10 - 12.
