Men's Basketball Improves  to 3-0 After 87-70 Win Over STCC

Springfield, MA -- Bayhawks Men's Basketball off to a great start to the 2018-19 season after improving to 3-0 this weekend after defeating Springfield Technical Community College on Saturday afternoon, 87-70.  

The Bayhawks put together a great team effort and balanced attack on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court including 35 total rebounds, 14 steals, and 10 blocked shots. Sophomore, Joshua Winbush (sophomore/Lake Charles, LA) led the way with 27 points, 6 blocked shots, and 9 rebounds.  Point guard, Marcus McCarthy added 19 points, 5 assists, and 3 steals.  McCarthy, currently leads NJCAA Region XXI in assists per game.

Bristol Men's Basketball is back in action on Thursday evening when they host Quinsigamon Community College at 8:00PM.  Women's basketball will start off the action with Quinsigamond t 6:00PM
