Bristol Men Rise Up To Number 8 In Latest NJCAA National Polls

The Bayhawks Men's Basketball Team found themselves in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Men's Basketball Ranking's on December 4, 2018 and have not looked back.  The Bayhawks have stamped their name in the top ten national ranking's every week since and this week was no different.

Men's Basketball moved up one spot to the number eight seed after two impressive non-region win's over Hostos Community College (Bronx, NY) and Nassau Community College (Garden City, NY) improving their record to 13-1 and proving they can compete outside of Region XXI.

"This is a great opportunity to display the Bristol brand on a national level.  Everything about our men's basketball program exemplifies Bristol Community College's Core Value's and that is why they have experienced success at such a high level.  I am looking forward to see how we finish the season," said Director of Athletics, Derek Viveiros.

After a win on Tuesday night at Massasoit and improving to 14-1, the Bayhawks travel to UConn Avery Point on Thursday evening and host Springfield Technical Community College at 3:00 PM on Saturday afternoon.
