Bristol Beats Uconn Avery Point on the road, 81-58!

Bristol beat Uconn Avery Point on Tuesday night 81-58 in Groton, CT. The game was tied (29-29) with 3 minutes left in the first half. The Bayhawks then went on a 17-0 run (46-29) which stretched out to the 16 minute mark in the second half. The run allowed the Bayhawks to successfully hang on to a 81-58 final score.

Freshman Stanley Urey (Providence, RI) exploded with a career-high 31 points and Sophomore Dion Hazard Jr. (East Providence, RI) chipped in with 17 points. Freshmen Jaden DeLomba (Pawtucket, RI) had a triple double with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists while Aiden Rock (Westport, MA) had 12 points and a career-high 19 rebounds.

Bristol continues a Connecticut road trip this weekend. They play Gateway Community College in New Haven, CT on Saturday afternoon for another Region 21 conference game.
