On Friday May 20th two Bayhawk golfers qualified for the NJCAA Division III National Tournament. After 36 holes of golf Matt Murphy (Westport H.S.) shot a 162 and and Beau Jacques (Bishop Feehan) shot 172 putting them in the top five individual scores.

Day one of the tournament, murphy shot an 84, Jacques an 87 and Alissa Ellenwood a 95.  On day two, Murphy shot a 78 putting him behind just one other golfer on the day.  Jacques shot an 85 and Ellenwood a 99 on day two.

Murphy and Jacques will head to Chautauqua, NY for a 72 hole NJCAA National Tournament on June 6th - June 10th.  This marks Bristol Community College's first national tournament appearance.
