The Bristol Community College Bayhawks started their golf season off in fine fashion yesterday, leading the way with 2 out of the top 3 finishers on the afternoon. Matt Murphy, who is coming off his national tournament appearence from last season, came in second place yesterday with an impressive outing, shooting an 84. Newcomer Nick Mello also had an impressive day on the course, shooting an 86 on the afternoon. Rounding out the day were golfers Corbin Lenz, Connor Chace, and Brian Young, who shot a 101, 103, and 108 respectively.
The Bayhawks next match is Monday April 17th at CCRI at 11:00 am.
