The Bristol Bayhawks men's soccer team pulled an upset yesterday by defeating rival and Region 21 power Bunker Hill in commanding fashion 3-1.

The Bayhawks dominated the game on both sides of the field yesterday, and got on the board with a goal by Cody DaCruz. His goal was assisted by Yorik Sajbin at 16:00 of the first half. The second Bayhawks goal was again scored by DaCruz and was assisted by Roberto Dos Santos at the end of the first half. DaCruz provided the offense for the Bayhawks all while playing out of position for the first time this year. The final goal was scored with under 10 minutes left by Yorik Sajbin.

The Defense for the Bayhawks was also outstanding allowing only one goal to a talented Bunker Hill team on the afternoon. Eric Franco was outstanding in net stopping six of seven shots on the day.
