Bayhawks Men's Soccer Score 6 To Defeat MassBay 6-1

The Bristol Bayhawks men's soccer team improved to 9-3 on the season with an easy victory over MassBay Saturday.

Edmilson Andrade continued his torrid scoring pace with another goal, giving him 10 goals on the week and 15 on the season. Andrade's goal was assisted by Simeon BaileyFelipe Silva scored to get the Bayhawks on the board in the first half and was assisted by Jeff Pires. Simeon Bailey knocked in the second goal of the game and was again assisted by Pires. Tiago Mimoso later scored to give the Bayhawks a commanding 3-0 lead and was assisted by Andrade. After Andrade's goal, the Bayhawks were once again in the scoring column by a Yorik Sajbin goal. The final goal of the game was scored by Osla DeBrito, and was assisted once again by Edmilson Andrade.

The defense was also stellar versus MassBay on the afternoon, only allowing 4 shots on net for the game. Eric Franco was outstanding in net for the Bayhawks.

The next game for Bristol will be on Tuesday at Roxbury Community College at 6pm.
