The women's basketball team lost a tough game Tuesday night to the Knights of CCRI 69-66 at home. The loss drops the women to 2-7 on the season.

The Bayhawks fought hard and came close to eliminating an 18 point deficit against a talented CCRI team. The Bayhawks showed a lot of character on the night playing hard and fighting back for the whole 40 minutes.

Shannon Rosensteel led the way offensively for the Bayhawks with 24 pointsm on the night to go along with her 5 rebounds. Meg Parish added 16 points for the Bayhawks and 4 rebounds and 4 assists, while Misah Edwards chipped in with 11 points on the night with 7 boards and 5 assists.
