The women's basketball team was defeated by reigning national champion Roxbury on Thursday by a score of 105-49. The loss drops the women to 5-8 on the season, and snaps a season high 3 game winning streak.

The women were led by the strong shooting of Katia Luna, who dropped in 22 points, hitting 6 of 9 from 3 point land. DJ Banks added 11 points and 7 boards on the night for the Bayhawks.

The women next play Great Bay at home on Saturday 12/17 at 1pm.
