The Lady Bayhawks lost a close game in OT Sunday to a tough Suffolk team in New York, 68-65. The loss drops the women to 7-13 on the season.

The Bayhawks were led by freshman standout Shannon Rosensteel who had 10 points on the day, but grabbed 19 boards and had 4 steals. Katia Luna was the high scorer with 18 points, while captain DJ Banks had 10 points and 6 rebounds on the afternoon. Misah Edwards ran the offense effectively, adding 11 points and 7 assists to go along with her 6 rebounds. Captain Meg Parish contributed 7 points, 3 steals, and 4 assists on the day. Deja Eason who recently came back from injury added 7 points for the Bayhawks.

The Bayhawks next play Saturday, February 11 at 1pm vs Gateway at Bishop Connolly.
