Women's Soccer Sets School Record For Goals In A Game With a 10-0 Victory Over Quinsigamond

The Bristol Bayhawks women's soccer team rolled to a emphatic 10-0 victory yesterday over Quinsigamond Community College. The women surpassed total goal outputs for past seasons by scoring 10 goals in the victory.

The offense carried the Bayhawks from start to finish last night, and six different Bayhawks players found the back of the net. Kimberly Krueger scored three times and Alexis Moniz  and Alexis Anselmo scored twice to lead the Bayhawks offensive attack. Tori Borges, Mindi Ferreira, and Erin Bosse, also chipped in with goals of their own to round out the scoring on the day.

The defense also continued their shutout ways by registering the second shutout in as many games. Emily Rand was outstanding in net on the day earning the zero for the Bayhawks.

The win brought the women back to .500 and now sport a 2-2-1 regular season record.
