The Bristol Bayhawks women's soccer team lost a heartbreaker to Springfield Tech. on Saturday by a score of 1-0.

The Bayhawks mounted an impressive offensive attack with 12 shots on net, but were unable to find the back of the goal on the day. Tori Borges led the way with 3 shots on net for the Bayhawks, while Mindi Ferreria and Amanda Tiburtino added 2 shots a piece.

The Bayhawks played outstanding defense on the day. Tiffany Rebello stopped 9 shots on net and only allowed 1 goal for the Bayhawks. This goal was the only goal scored in 2 contests between these 2 teams (a total of 200 minutes) on the season. 

The loss dropped the women to 2-3-1 on the season.
