Fall River, MA -- Bristol Men's Basketball improved to 8-5 on Thursday night after defeating UConn Avery Point, 90-79 at Lafrance Gymnasium.

The Bayhawks were led by sophomore, Chad N'Guia who knocked down 40 points, including 8 three point baskets.  Freshman Joe Lopes added 20, Sophomore, Stanley Freeman score 19 points, and freshman TJ Henry added 17 points as the Bayhawks pick up another Region XXI win.

Next up for men's basketball is a trip Ben Franklin Institute of Technology on Saturday night, tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
