On Saturday October 5th, the Bristol Bayhawks traveled to MassBay Community College. The Bayhawks were able to bounce back from a defeat to Northern Essex (0-5) earlier in the week with a 7-0 victory over the Buccaneers bringing men's soccer to a 4-2-0 (2-2-0) record.

The Bayhawks had three different goal scorers in the game. Lens Boursiqout (Fall River, MA) would start off the scoring with an assist from Claudio Ramos (New Bedford, MA). Lens would go on to score 4 more assisted by Simon Pires (New Bedford, MA), Gaoussou Traore (Swansea, MA), Claudio Ramos and Beckam Potter (Swansea, MA). Gaoussou Traore assisted by Lens Boursiqout and Tyler Arraial (Wesport, MA) assisted by Gaoussou Traore, would go on to round out the scoring. Goalkeeper Kevin Sousa (New Bedford, MA) would go on to make 6 saves and keep a clean sheet.
