The Lady Bayhawks basketball team lost a close game Thursday night to a talented North Country team by a score of 73-68. The loss drops the women to 6-10 on the season.
The Bayhawks were led by Meg Parish, who tallied 18 points on the night to go along with 6 assists and 5 steals. Katia Luna was next in line with 16 points for the Bayhawks, while Shannon Rosensteel added 11 points and 10 boards. DJ banks was a force defensively for the women, grabbing 11 rebounds on the night to go along with her 6 points.
The Bayhawks next play Saturday January 21, at 1pm at Bishop Connolly vs. Springfield Tech.
